What Accommodations Does the Venue Have?

Is Parking Available?
We have secured 120 stalls in Lot A next to the Alumni building. There will be signage.
Additional parking is available in the Visitor area at a cost of $3 per hour. Please note, there is no charge for parking on Saturday.

I am a medical student or trainee. Do I get any kind of discount?
If you are a medical student or trainee, please inquire about a fee waiver by emailing potsconference@hsc.utah.edu. Proof of registration is required (please provide a letter from your program director or a copy of a current student ID).
I am ex-military/a veteran/an active-duty service member. Do I get any kind of discount?
If you are ex-military/a veteran/an active-duty service member, please inquire about a registration discount by emailing potsconference@hsc.utah.edu. Please send a picture of your military ID.
