About Me
Kendra was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota; from the time she could walk and then through high school, she was a competitive figure skater. Figure skating and her family introduced her to the "Wild Wild West." She moved to Salt Lake City in 2007 and earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science and her master’s degree in public health from the University of Utah. Her early academic pursuits included research in global health and bone biology. Feeling at home in the mountains, and by this time a loyal “Ute,” she attended medical school at the University of Utah School of Medicine. During this time, she discovered her passion for neurology. In her free time, she enjoys being active outdoors and spending quality time with friends and family.
