Brittany Rigby is the People Operations Manager for the Department of Neurology at the University of Utah, where she brings a thoughtful balance of empathy and policy to every aspect of her work. With over a decade of clinical experience as a dental hygienist and a Master’s in Health Administration, Brittany offers a unique perspective that bridges the gap between frontline care and operational leadership.
Outside of work, Brittany is happiest in her garden, exploring new travel destinations, breaking a sweat at the gym, or enjoying time at home with her husband and four boys.
